This page is for new members going through the process of getting wheels!
Few things to remember:
1. Once you get your chair, return to your intake chat line for support on proper fitting. Send the team pictures from the wheelchair level at the side and the rear.
Proper fitting is essential for comfort and to not injure your pet.
2. Check out our Member support page for video support, recommendation for products, and supplements.
3. Please do not hesitate to reach out any time with questions or support.
Donations
Tysons in a non profit that provides loaner wheelchairs to help with mobility for your pet. However, we do ask for a donation to help us with shipping, and any extra goes to buying new wheelchairs and maintenance/repair of our current inventory. Some new members have asked how much shipping generally costs; on average, it can be around $35.00 for wheelchairs shipped within the United States.
